Alabama Democratic Congresswoman Terri A. Sewell is currently seeking full time and part time interns for the Fall 2017 semester in her fast-paced Washington, D.C office. Ideal candidates must be highly motivated, have strong writing skills, an ability to multi-task, and a 3.0 GPA or higher. Applicants must also be a rising undergraduate sophomore or higher. Alabama ties are a plus. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: legislative research, drafting correspondence, leading Capitol tours, answering phones, and sorting mail.
