What it does 

HR 2810 and the textually similar S 1519, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018, would authorize appropriations for certain Department of Defense activities. In particular, this authorization bills include certain requirements for programs related to traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic traumatic encephalopathy, artificial intelligence, drones, and biological engineering / genetic enhancement.
