NTSB Meeting: Highway Accident Report on Car Operating with Automated Vehicle Control Systems

The National Transportation Safety Board will meet Tuesday, September 12, 2017 to determine the probable cause of the fatal, May 7, 2016, crash of a Tesla near Williston, Florida.

NTSB Chairman Robert Sumwalt, board members and investigators will meet at the NTSB Board Room and Conference Center, 429 L’Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, D.C.   The meeting is open to the public. For those who cannot attend in person, the meeting will be webcast and a link to the webcast will be available shortly before the start of the meeting at http://ntsb.capitolconnection.org/.

Media covering the meeting in person are asked to be in place no later than 9:15 a.m., the day of the meeting.
